Silveria Production System – digital control across the entire manufacturing process

The Silveria Production System (SPS) is Silveria’s proprietary Manufacturing Execution System (MES), developed through years of practical manufacturing experience to support and connect the most important production processes. Its purpose is to make manufacturing more transparent, easier to control and more reliably documented.

With SPS, production processes can be monitored in real time, providing accurate information about the current status of products and manufacturing operations. The system supports production planning and scheduling, shift and resource allocation, as well as the setup and control of manufacturing processes. This enables deviations or potential issues to be identified quickly and corrective actions to be taken in time.

One of the key advantages of SPS is digital manufacturing documentation. Operators can access the work instructions and other documents related to the current production directly through the SPS interface, while completed activities, production events, breaks and errors can also be recorded in the same system. Quality management personnel can likewise document detected deviations and defects directly in SPS.

SPS provides extensive reporting and control capabilities. Product status, scrap data, quality information and the different stages of production can all be monitored in the system. This not only supports day-to-day production management, but also enables later analysis of manufacturing data and continuous process improvement.

Together with Silveria’s enterprise management and traceability systems, SPS supports a high level of traceability. Incoming materials receive unique package identifiers, making it possible to retrieve information such as the supplier, delivery note, receipt date and quantity used. For printed circuit boards marked with individual QR or DataMatrix identifiers, the system can also support traceability at individual board level.

SPS also supports paperless manufacturing. Digital work instructions, electronic data entry and centralized documentation reduce the need for paper-based administration while making manufacturing information faster and more consistently accessible.

For Silveria, the Production System is more than just software; it is one of the foundations of modern, data-driven manufacturing. It connects production information, supports traceability, increases process transparency and provides a stable digital backbone for electronics manufacturing with demanding quality requirements.
