Silveria Receives the “Reliable Employer 2025/27” Recognition
Silveria Kft. has received the “Reliable Employer 2025/27” recognition from the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DUIHK). The recognition was presented at the Chamber’s Annual General Meeting.
Established in 2017, the initiative aims to recognize companies that set an example in caring for their employees’ working and living conditions and are committed to creating a people-oriented, employee-friendly workplace environment.
Applications were evaluated by a professional jury based on a detailed set of criteria. The areas assessed included, among others, remuneration and employee benefits, health and working conditions, training, development and career opportunities, as well as pay transparency, diversity, and ESG considerations.
For Silveria, the recognition covering the 2025–2027 period is an important professional confirmation that, as an employer, we take a long-term and predictable approach, building our organization around our employees.
