Pál Szűcs Recognized with the Operational Excellence Award

The award was presented to a leader who has achieved outstanding operational efficiency and business performance in managing their company.

In connection with the award, Forbes also highlighted Silveria’s more than two decades of development: the company started out in a small rented premises with a single employee and, through continuous investment and organizational development, has grown into a leading Hungarian electronics manufacturer. In the early years, the family’s assets served as collateral to finance the company’s first production line, while in the year preceding the award, the company’s revenue had already exceeded HUF 4 billion.

The winners were selected by a professional jury comprising Eszter Varga, investor and businesswoman; Gábor Bojár, founder of Graphisoft; István Kapitány, former Vice President of Shell; and Márton Galambos, CEO of Forbes. The Operational Excellence Award was presented to our Managing Director by Eszter Varga.

For us, this recognition is both a testament to consistent and committed leadership and a reflection of the collective performance to which Silveria’s employees contribute every day. Operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and long-term development remain fundamental principles guiding our company.
